Ingredients
1 ½poundssalmon filletdiced.
1cupPanko breadcrumbs
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1egg
1tablespoonolive oil
6-7sprigs of dill
½ teaspoonKosher salt
1teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F. Drop half of the salmon into a blender. Add mustard an pulse, then transfer to a large bowl.
Place the remaining salmon in a blender and add the egg, chop and transfer to a bowl. By all means do all the salmon at once if your blender can easily accommodate it.
Add breadcrumbs, chopped dill, salt and spices to the ground salmon mixture. Combine well.
With wet hands form small round patties and place in air fryer basket. Spray the patties with olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, the patties will be plump and fried on top.
Turn them over to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes.
Notes
Tartar sauce and a splash of lemon juice are perfect accompaniments for a salmon patty.
