Ponzu sauce

jarred crushed red pepper

Instructions
Whisk all the sauce ingredients together.
Marinate the tuna steaks in the sauce for 1-4 hours.
Grill on med-high heat. Generally best cooked rare to medium.
Notes
Serve with your favorite side dishes, on a sandwich or over a bed of greens.
