Shrimp, Sweet Onion and Avocado Tacos: Recipe

Ingredients
½
a sweet onion
chopped
1
jalapeno
diced
½
lb.
of shrimp
1
tbs.
butter or spread
½
tsp.
chili powder
pinch
of Kosher salt
1
ripe avocado
salsa
white corn taco shells
Instructions
Put non-stick skillet on med heat, add butter or spread.
Once pan is hot, add onions, jalapeno, chili powder and salt. Saute.
When onions are nearly done, toss in shrimp. Stir frequently until shrimp are cooked through. Remove from burner.
Spoon mixture into taco shells. Generously top with avocado and salsa.
