  • 1 1/2 cups Swerve Confectionery style
  • 3 tbs No sugar added Cranberry juice
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • **optional 3-4 drops red food coloring


  1. Mix ingredients together well until smooth.
  2. Divide into 6-8 small balls and roll out on board lightly dusted with Swerve.
  3. Use small heart cookie cutter (about an inch or smaller) to make heart shapes.
  4. Place hearts on parchment to dry at least 3 hours before storing.
