Ingredients
1box of Horizon Pasta Shells & White Cheddar Cheese
2tbsbutter
ΒΌcupmilk
2cupsfrozen chopped kale
β cupshredded cheddar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Boil shells, when nearly ready to strain, add the frozen chopped kale right into the boiling water. Cook for a minute, then drain.
Add the butter and milk to the pan along with the sauce packet from the box. Stir well.
Add β cup of cheddar, mix to distribute the cheese, then split between two single serve oven safe dishes or crocks. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese on top is bubbly and just starting to brown.
