Boil the pasta to al dente. Drain and set aside (not in pan).
Place oil, garlic, and oregano in the pan and return to burner (reduced to medium heat). Quick saute the garlic until starting to brown, Then remove from burner.
Return the pasta to pan. Grate ½ the zest of a lemon on top, then cut the zested half of lemon off and squeeze juice onto the pasta over your hand to catch seeds.
Toss with Parmesan cheese, then add salt and pepper to taste. Toss over heat for about 30 seconds to finish.
