Homemade Coffee Syrup Recipe for Coffee Milk

Ingredients
¾
cup
cold filtered water
3
tbs
Folgers Instant Coffee
1
cup
pure cane sugar
Instructions
Place cold water in microwave safe container. Whisk in the instant coffee then add the sugar.
Microwave on high for one minute. Whisk and repeat in 20-30 second increments until sugar is fully dissolved. (2-2 ½ minutes total)
Skim off the top with a spoon or cloth. Pour into a glass bottle or small canning jar & seal.
Once cool, store in the refrigerator unless it will be used within a couple days.
