Dump the garbanzo beans, lime juice, Sriracha, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin,paprika, and salt in your food processor. Begin pulsing the food processor, while slowly drizzling in the olive oil.
Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and garnish with additional Sriracha, olive oil, lime slices and cilantro leaves. Serve with pita chips or fresh cut vegetables.
