  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or blend
  • 1/2 cup frozen fresh cranberries
  • natural zero calorie sweetener equivalent to 1 tsp sugar * Stevia, erythritol or blend as shown here.
  • ***Optional*** 1 tbs MCT oil which adds 125 calories and 14 grams of healthy medium-chain triglycerides fats

Instructions

  1. Simply add ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
