Ingredients
8ozdry pasta
1tablespoonolive oil
1poundboneless skinless chicken breastssliced
¼ teaspoonsea salt
⅛ teaspoonground pepper
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
1large clove garlic minced
½cupHood Heavy Cream
1 ½cupsfresh tomatoeschopped
¼cupgrated Parmesan
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente, (While pasta is cooking prepare the chicken and sauce.)
Put oil in large skillet or dutch oven over med-high heat. Once hot add chicken along with the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic. Saute until chicken is cooked through.
Pour in the Hood Cream and stir in the grated cheese. Cook while stirring for 1 minute.
Mix in the pasta, and stir until fully coated.
Add the chopped tomatoes stir to distribute evenly and cook for a minute to heat tomatoes.
Serve with grated cheese or fresh basil leaves on top.
