Keto Bacon Wrapped Burger Lollipops

A perfect keto appetizer or meal for those starting out or being extremely strict on their carbs. These Mini Keto Bacon Cheeseburger on a stick will be a hit with everyone, including those not on the diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Lean ground beef
  • 16 Slices bacon
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese cut into ½ oz. cubes
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.In a mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix well with your hands until completely combined. Then form the meat mixture into 8 equal patties.

  3. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each meat patty, and form the meat back around it so that it is in the center of the patty.
  4. Wrap one slice of bacon lengthwise around  the meat patty, and wrap a second slice of bacon the opposite way around each meat patty.
  5. Place a skewer all the way through each meat patty, and place them on a rack on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until done to your liking, and until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Garnish with some fresh chopped green onions if desired, and serve with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
