12ozbag frozen riced cauliflower
cuponionfinely chopped (approximaely ½ a medium onion)
1cloveof garlicminced
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by pouring oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the onion and stir to coat.
Add cauliflower rice into the pan along with the garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper on and stir fry the cauliflower for about 10 minutes, until tender and about 20-30% of the riced bits and onions are golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve.
