Ingredients
2large chicken breasts
½onion diced
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoonKosher salt
2cupschicken broth
1cupsour creamor 4 ounces cream cheese
2canscondensed cream of mushroom soup
8ozwhite mushroomssliced
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheeseor cheddar cheese
12ozspaghetti noodles
1clovegarlicminced or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Add 1 ½ cups of chicken broth, chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to the instant pot. Cook on high pressure for 7-9 minutes. Make sure chicken is fully cooked. Manually release pressure when done
Remove the chicken and shred, then return to the pot.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, remaining broth and pasta. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Manually release pressure when done.
