Baked Ziti Alfredo Recipe
An easy baked ziti with Alfredo sauce and ricotta cheese. A white baked ziti that is pasta comfort food at it's best.

Ingredients

Alfredo sauce

Ziti pasta

shredded Mozzarella cheese
or Italian cheese blend
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

ricotta cheese

Sour cream

tablespoons
of parsley
Instructions
Put the uncooked ziti in a pot of water that is rapidly boiling. Cook until al dente, leaning toward under done. Drain the pasta pot and put aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and sour cream. Stir until pasta is coated
Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then dump in half of the pasta mixture.
In separate mixing bowl combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan, eggs and 1 tablespoon of the parsley. Mix until combined
Pour mixture over the pasta in the pan and spread out evenly with a spatula. Spread the remaining pasta over this layer.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parsley over the pasta.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
