Greek yogurt pizza dough is crazy easy to make with just two ingredients AND it's delicious! Add your favorite toppings and bake a great homemade pizza today.
Optional toppings: pepperoni, sliced black olives, sliced green bell peppers, etc.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt until it comes together and forms a ball.
Place the dough ball on a floured work surface and knead for 3 minutes until smooth.
Use your hands to press the dough into a 12-inch pizza crust (or roll out with a rolling pin if you find that helpful). Transfer the crust to a large baking sheet greased with non-stick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza, leaving ½ to 1 inch of crust around the edge of the pizza. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza, then add other toppings of choice.
Bake the pizza at 450F for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is beginning to brown.
Cut the pizza into 6 slices and serve warm.
Notes
Nutrition information calculated based on ⅓ of pizza with sauce and cheese only.If you can't find self-rising flour, make your own by whisking together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, and 1 tablespoon baking powder. This will make just over 2 cups self rising flour, which will be more than enough for this dough recipe, plus a little extra flour for kneading the dough.
