15ouncecan of Chickpeas(Garbanzo Beans), drained and rinsed
1tablespoonolive oilor avocado oil
2teaspoonsseasoning blend of choice I've included an easy spice mix below. Cajun seasoning mix (shown) or Ranch seasoning are also delicious choices.

1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonKosher salt
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Start by preheating your air fryer to 390 degrees F. If your appliance is not that precise, 380-400 degrees is fine.All air fryers vary slightly.
Pour the chick peas into the air fryer basket, spread out in a single layer and air fry for 3-5 minutes to dry the chickpeas and begin the roasting process.
Dump the dry chickpeas into a medium to large bowl.
Add oil and seasonings.
Toss well to coat.
Pour the chickpeas back into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12-17 minutes more, until they reach your desired crispiness. This will also vary based on your brand and model.
Pour the roasted chickpeas into a bowl lined with paper towels or a paper bag. The excess oil is very minimal, so you can skip the paper products if it doesn't bother you.
Enjoy your crispy chickpeas warm or room temperature.
