Skinny Coconut-Berry Watercolor Smoothie
A healthy low calories, low fat beverage that is filling. It has an interesting texture, and fun visual effect too.

Ingredients
Blueberry Layer
⅓
cup
frozen blueberries
½
cup
unsweetened Coconut Milk
1
packet stevia
or 1-2 servings to taste if using pure liquid or powder stevia
Middle Layer
2
tbs
unsweetened reduced fat dehydrated coconut
Strawberry Layer
⅓
cup
frozen strawberries
unsweetened
½
cup
unsweetened Coconut Milk

packet stevia
or 1-2 servings to taste if using pure liquid or powder stevia

Instructions
Place ingredients for the first layer in blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour into glass (try not to get it on sides if you can avoid).
Sprinkle the dehydrated coconut over the layer evenly. ¼ to ½ inch deep. (If your glass is wider you may need a little more)
Give the blender a quick rinse, then blend the strawberry layer. Pour it over the coconut flakes.
Serve promptly.
