Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened

almond meal

cup
sucanat
1
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

teaspoon
sea salt
¼
teaspoon
baking powder
aluminum-free

all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Roll dough into small balls (about 36), then lay out on parchment lined baking sheet. Leave about 1 ½" between each.
Press down gently on each ball of dough with the back of a fork a couple times to flatten out a bit.
Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove to cooling racks.
