Basic Salmon Cauliflower Rice Bowls
1boxSimply Bake Salmon(2 oven bags)
10-14 ozfrozen riced cauliflower, in steam bag
Citrus Asparagus Salmon Bowl
10-12asparagus spears
½ tablespoonItalian dressing
1blood orange
1orange, Cara Cara or Navel
lemon wedges

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then bake the salmon oven bags for 24-26 minutes as directed on packaging.
Heat the cauliflower rice in microwave according to package directions a few minutes before the salmon is done.
Citrus Asparagus Salmon Bowl
Toss the asparagus spears in Italian dressing and place on baking sheet along with the oven bags after the salmon has cooked about 12 minutes.
Peel and remove seeds and pith from the oranges. Chop the wedges and mix together, serve half on each bowl along with the baked asparagus. Add a couple lemon wedges to squeeze over bowl.
Avocado Salmon Bowl
Prepare basic salmon and cauliflower rice bowls, then slice half an avocado and add half to each bowl, Serve with lemon wedges.
