Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot add the spiralized zucchini and garlic. Toss. Then zest ½ of a lemon into the skillet. Cut off the zested half and squeeze out juice into pan over your hand to catch the seeds. Toss again.
Once the zucchini noodles have softened and are nearly done cooking, shut off burner, add the tomato and basil. Toss, then season with salt and pepper.
