16ouncepackage shredded coleslaw mix
6stalkscelerysliced thin
1cupcrumbled blue cheese
4green onionssliced thin
For dressing:
2lemonsjuiced
⅓cupmayonnaise
Salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Prepare Dressing: In a jar or bowl, combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Whisk or vigorously shake the mix the coleslaw dressing.
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, celery, green onions and blue cheese crumbles.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
While it can be served immediately, for best flavor chill the coleslaw for 30 minutes to 2 hours before serving.
