Ingredients
7-12cherry tomatoes
1cuppeeled garlic clovesabout 5 heads garlic
2 -3dried chili peppers
1sprig fresh rosemary
2sprigs fresh oregano or fresh thyme sprigs
1tablespooncrushed red pepper flakes
1tablespoonkosher salt
1 ½cupsextra virgin olive oil
10 -15paper corn
Instructions
Add the tomatoes, garlic, peppers, herbs, peppercorn, chilli flakes and salt to a dry pan.
Add in the olive oil. You will want to make sure that the olive oil (for the most part) covers the ingredients allow the garlic to soften in the olive oil
Bring the pan up to a simmer over medium heat for about 50 min-1 hour. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Nutrition based on ⅔ of oil adhering to the garlic and tomatoes. The remaining garlic infused oil is still useable.
