3tablespoonItalian breadcrumbs

1cupItalian breadcrumbs
1teaspoongarlic powderor onion powder

Instructions
Combine ground chicken, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl to create the ground chicken mixture. Mix gently just until combined. Overmixing makes them dense.
Scoop small portions of the ground chicken mixture and form into nugget shapes with your hands. Keep them small and about 1 inch thick so they cook evenly.
Mix breadcrumbs and garlic powder in a shallow bowl to prepare the nugget coating. Coat each nugget lightly in the breading mixture. Make sure to get the whole nugget covered.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken nuggets in the hot oil for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
1. Slightly wet hands help shape nuggets easily. 2. Don’t overmix the ground chicken filling or the chicken nuggets become dense. 3. Internal temp should reach 165°F.
