Ingredients

cup
coconut water with pulp
2
tbs
fresh lime juice
zest of ¼ of a lime
Instructions
Mix ingredients.
To evenly distribute the lime zest and coconut pulp freeze the pops in layers, pouring a little in and letting it set, then topping with more.

* make some in your ice tray, for use in seltzer or for an impromptu vodka cocktail
