Ingredients

dry Thyme
I used lemon thyme

teaspoon
white pepper

teaspoon
fresh ground black pepper

Kosher salt

dark brown sugar
Instructions
Mix ingredients, then rub on meat as evenly as you can.
Let rest ½ hour before roasting.
