Ingredients
1cupdouble-strength Starbucks Coffee or espressocold
Put cold coffee, milk, sugar, ice, a squirt of caramel sauce and xanthan gum in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into cup and top with whipped Cream and drizzle of caramel sauce.
