Ingredients

bunch
asparagus
½
tablespoon
olive oil
sea salt and pepper
to taste
¼
teaspoon
salt free seasoning or Italian seasoning
1
cup
shredded Italian Cheese
, I used pizza blend
Grated Parmesan and fresh herbs
, to garnish ***optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Snap ends off of asparagus spears.
Place the spears on a baking sheet and drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season.
Toss the asparagus to coat, then arrange in a row on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bright green and slightly wilted.
Top with shredded cheese.
Return to oven and bake 10-12 minutes. Cheese should be melted, crisps on ends and bubbled up in middle. Take out.
Sprinkle Parmesan and fresh herbs on top to serve.
