Ingredients
2cans of RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilisone drained, one not
32oz.block of Velveetaregular or pepper jack
Instructions
Put the Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis in a saucepan over medium heat.
Chop the Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to the pan. Stir until melted.
Serve the queso dip with chips.
Notes
The dip can also be prepared in a slow cooker. Cook over high until cheese starts to melt then reduce heat to low until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
