Ingredients
2ozlight coconut milk
1 ½ozfresh lemon juice
1 ½ozginger syrup
1ozwater
Crushed ice cubes to serve
Instructions
Combine lemon juice, ginger syrup, coconut milk, and water in a shaker.
Top with ice and shake well for a full minute to dilute.
Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Notes
*If not using crushed ice or not shaking, increase water to 2oz.For best results use light coconut milk. Full fat coconut milk risks splitting and gives the lemonade an oily, heavy texture.
