⅓cupunsalted buttermelted (or vegetable oil)
1cupbrown sugar
⅓cupcreamy peanut butter
½teaspoonvanilla extract
2eggs
½teaspoonsalt
1cupall purpose flour
½teaspoonbaking powder
8ouncechocolate bar (chopped) or semisweetchocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk well.
Next, add the peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Whisk again until smooth.
Add dry ingredients( salt, flour and baking powder) to the wet ingredients. Fold together until the dry ingredients are incorporated and a thick batter is formed.
Fold in the chopped chocolate (or chips). Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish evenly.
Press Reese’s peanut butter cups into blondie batter, arrange in a 3x3 grid of peanut butter cups.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center pulls out clean.
Allow the peanut butter blondies to cool for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
