Lean Ground Beef
90/10 or preferably 85/15 (or shaved steak)

oz
sliced Mushrooms
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce

Cheez Whiz or shredded Velveeta
1
tablespoon
Butter
1
cup
sliced sweet peppers*
¼
large Vidalia onion sliced*
1
clove
Garlic
minced (or a ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
Salt & Pepper
to taste

can Crescent Roll Dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 13x9 baking dish (or coat with non stick spray) and set aside.
Place skillet over med-high heat. Sauté beef, mushrooms and Worcestershire until beef is browned.
Drain, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the meat mixture out into baking dish.
Spread cheese over top of beef mixture.
Sauté the peppers and onions over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and continue cooking until peppers are starting to soften.
Spread the sautéed onions and bell peppers over cheese layer.
Top the casserole with crescent dough.
Bake the casserole for 30 minutes or until dough is golden brown on top.
