This mini Pizza Muffins recipe comes with all the gooey melty cheese, sauce and crispy crust of traditional pizza in muffin tin! Great for toddlers or as an appetizer or party food.

Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray*to grease muffin tin
1poundrefrigerated Pizza Dough
¾cupPizza Sauceor other tomato sauce such as marinara
1cupMozzarella Cheesefreshly shredded
Fresh Basilto garnish optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉ and grease your muffin win with cooking spray, oil or butter.
Then divide the dough into 12 equal balls and stretch each ball to form into the muffin tin.
Add about 1 tablespoon of sauce to the center of each piece of dough in the muffin tin.
Then divide the cheese on top of the sauce.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and there are golden spots in the cheese.
Let cool slightly, add some freshly chopped basil, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat pizza muffins in the air fryer at 390℉ for 2-3 minutes, oven at 400 for 6-8 minutes or microwave in 20 second intervals until hot.* a light coating of melted butter, olive oil or avocado oil can be used instead
