This Garlic Parmesan Ranch dressing is rich and tasty. The salad dressing is scratch made from fresh roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese and buttermilk.

Ingredients
5cloves roasted garlic
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1cupbuttermilk
1cupmayonnaise
1teaspoonwhole grain mustard
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonKosher salt
ground black pepper to taste
½cupfinely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place roasted garlic, oil, vinegar and buttermilk in blender pulse to break up garlic.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper, pulse until garlic is fully pulverized.
Add Parmesan, pulse to mix in. Dressing can be used immediately, or refrigerated in sealed airtight container (use within a few days).
Notes
If you need to roast garlic, see above and plan on 30-40 minutes for preheating, cooking and cooling before use.Peeled the garlic cloves are placed on foil, drizzled with just a little olive oil. Fold in the foil creating a sealed pouch.Place in a preheated 425 degree oven or on med heat grill and the garlic should be roasted in 15-20 minutes.Optional add-ins: If you have fresh dill or fresh chives on hand, add a chopped tablespoon of one or both herbs to the dressing if you like.
