Ingredients
2pounds potatoes
½cupmayonnaise
¼cupsweet pickle relish
2tablespoonmustard
½cup celerydiced
¼cupred oniondiced
¼cup green pepperdiced
3hard boiled eggs
salt & pepper to taste
paprikafor garnish
Instructions
Peel and dice potatoes, boil in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
Once cool, add the remaining ingredients (except paprika) and mix well.
