Equipment
- Blender or food processer
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado
- ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
- zest of ½ a lime
- juice of one lime
- ¼ cup loose fresh cilantro just trim thick ends of stems, leave whole otherwise
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into to blender. Scoring it first may make this a little easier.
- Add the other ingredients into the blender/food processor container. A citrus squeezer may make getting the juice from the lime without seeds easier. Toss the cilantro in with just the larger stems removed.
- Pulse until the dip is smooth, then scoop into a container and let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 or more hours before serving. You can serve it right away, but it will be better after a few hours.
