There is something so right about enjoying such a great flavor combination in a shake. This Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake is like taking Elvis’s peanut butter and banana sandwich, a Reeses and a Frosty all rolled into one scrumptious beverage treat.
This is one of those milkshakes you don’t enjoy as a side, rather as treat all in it’s own. I seriously doubt many of us could successfully drink it along with a meal anyway. It is pretty rich and filling. That is OK though, because the added richness comes from a healthy potassium rich banana and protein packed peanuts so it is an indulgence that won’t make you feel too guilty.

- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup of peanuts chopped
- whipped cream
- chocolate syrup
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Top it off with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and some extra peanuts.
If you prefer a thicker shake, cut down on the milk a bit.
