In addition to their year round flavors, TruMoo has a special new limited edition milk hitting store shelves right now. The new flavor is Chocolate Marshmallow and is only scheduled to be available for the month of February. I recently picked some up to try.
Now, of course, with a fun new product to try our all sorts of dessert ideas started spinning in my head: pies, pudding, shakes, etc., but my little girl was coming home from school soon & she is a bit of a freezer pop junkie. They really appeal to her strong sensory needs, due to autism. My Zoku pop maker can make pops in about 6 minutes, so it seemed no-brainer to make her some chocolate pops for after school, and with TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow milk they would taste like frozen hot chocolate. By simply adding some broken graham crackers into the mold before pouring the milk, they became S’mores Pops 🙂
My daughter promptly settled in with a pop and some iPad educational games, for a little decompression after a hard day of school work. Two pops were gone within a matter of minutes, which is roughly equivalent to a glass of milk.
TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow can be enjoyed either hot or cold, and is sold at Target, Walgreens and at local grocery stores (store locator).Print
