Slaw for Pork Tacos
This easy slaw recipe is perfect for pork tacos. The dressing requires just a few ingredients, that are whisked together in a bowl then tossed with shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
If you are really in a pinch for time, you could grab a tub of ready made coleslaw to make these pulled pork tacos, but the fresh crispness the quick slaw for pork tacos brings is well worth the few extra minutes, if you can fit it in. It is a small batch, just enough for the tacos and I kept the ingredients to a minimum.
The slaw is great for pork sandwiches or with chicken as well. Serve it as a side dish if you have some fussy eaters on your hands.
For a quick no bake dessert to finish the meal try my Snickers Apple Salad or Strawberry Shortcake Sundae.

These look delicious!!! The pork looks so tender and full of sauce. Great contrast to the fresh slaw - such a convenient meal for summer. Thanks for the inspiration! :9

I love cole slaw on taco so much. I have never made a pulled pork though - i may have to try this though. But I am not a huge fan of pork, I guess the BBQ would change the taste a bit.
