What could be more refreshing than a nice pitcher of Pineapple Lemonade on a hot summer day. Not much I say.
Making Pineapple Lemonade
The process of making this fresh pineapple lemonade is really quite easy. You just need fresh fruit, brown sugar and water. Although this type of lemonade could be made with pineapple juice rather than freshly chopped pineapple I prefer the results with the fruit.

These are all the ingredients you will need to make this special lemonade.
You will need to cut and squeeze the juice from the lemons first.
Then peel and chop up all the fruit of a pineapple except core.
Pulse the fruit and juice in a blender with the brown sugar until it is a smooth liquid.
Then add the water. Either serve with ice in pitcher or over ice in each glass.

- 1 fresh Pineapple cored and cubed
- juice of 3 Lemons
- 3 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 5 cups Water
- Add pineapple, lemon juice and brown sugar to blender.
- Blend until liquified.
- Pour into large pitcher.
- Add water and ice cubes.
- Serve chilled over ice.
