Ingredients

• 1 oz Kinky Green Liqueur
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• chia seeds

Instructions

• Soak a tablespoon of chia seeds in a ¼ cup of warm water until they swell up and have a clear gel coating.
• Pour the alcohols over ice, shake and strain into a martini or daiquiri glass.
• Scoop up approximately a ½ teaspoon of the swelled chia seeds and drop into the center of the cocktail and serve.

Notes

The soaked chia seed will be plenty for quite a few cocktails. I would say over a dozen.
