This Keto breaded pork chops recipe uses crushed pork rinds to create a crispy coating on the meat without adding carbs. Each pork chop has only one net carb!

How to Make Keto Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients:
Here is everything you will need to make these low carb breaded pork chops:
- 6 Boneless pork chops 1 inch thick or thinner
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 ½ C. Pork rind crumbs
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Celery salt
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Onion powder
- ¼ tsp. Basil
- ⅛ tsp. Oregano
Instructions:
To start: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place a wire rack on it.
Add the pork rind crumbs and all the seasonings to a large shallow bowl, and mix well.
Brush the pork chops with the olive oil (or coat them with mayonnaise).
Dip each pork chop into the seasoning mixture, and coat all sides evenly.
Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Air Fried Pork Chops with Pork Rind Breading
These low carb pork chops can easily be cooked in the air fryer as well. Simply place in air fryer preheated to 390 degrees F and air fry for 9-10 mins, then flip and cook another 4-5 minutes. All other directions are the same.
This method is especially helpful in achieving juicy pork with a golden brown crunchy crust.
Serving
