Velveeta Chili Cheese Dip in the Crock Pot!
This cheesy chili dip is perfect for any gathering whether it be a family get together or Football Sunday. The great thing about it is with just 2 ingredients, the supplies are easy to keep on hand and it is a no fuss and mess free recipe. Just dump it in the slow cooker and forget it.
What to Serve with the Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip
The Velveeta chili cheese dip is served here with my Mini Pigs in a Blanket! It goes fabulous with corn chips or crackers too though. I also like dipping oven fried potatoes, air fried pierogies or sweet potato fries in this delicious cheesy dip. Another fabulous choice is to serve this with my Air fryer Southwest Egg Rolls.
You can actually serve anytime after the cheese is melted fully, but allowing it to cook awhile melds the flavors together just right.
The Crockpot chili cheese dip is pictured served with Little Smokies Crescent Rolls and they make for a delicious team. This dip also goes great with tortilla chips, breadsticks, or crackers.

How to Make Chili Cheese Dip
This is such a crazy super easy recipe there isn't too much to show.
These are the ingredients for the cheesy dip. Yup, that is all you need, Velveeta and a can of chili with beans! Don't like beans? Use Hormel Chili no beans... easy peasy.
Scoop the canned chili into your slow cooker, cube the cheese as shown and toss it on top. You should be stirring frequently while it cooks. That's all there is to it.
Serve on bowls or keep warm in the crock pot and let guests dip right out of that.
Make a batch of crispy homemade tortilla chips to dunk in this delicious cheesy chili dip!
If you aren't keen on using canned chili, you can use homemade chili. Try my copycat Wendy's Chili recipe instead. I also have a copycat of the chili's queso recipe if you prefer.
