Since party season is coming into full swing very soon & many of you host on game days, it seemed the perfect time to share this easy appetizer recipe. It’s a Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip and packs a lot of satisfying cheesy flavor. It would be the perfect recipe for your Football Sunday gathering, or any festive casual party. You may wish to serve regular queso dip as well if you have non-meat eaters in your crowd. Everyone will be happy.
Serve the Chili Queso Dip along with tortilla chips, crusty bread, crackers or even use it as a sauce if you like.

Making this Chili’s Queso Dip copy cat recipe couldn’t be much easier. Just cut up the Velveeta cheese, and add everything to a pot and stir until it is hot and melted. That’s all there is to it.

Copycat Chili's Queso Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz Velveeta
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional, if you like it spicy
- 15 oz Canned Chili No Beans
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Cut the Velveeta into cubes.
- Heat all ingredients in pan over medium heat stirring frequently.
- Serve with tortilla chips
