Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender cup and pulse to blend until smooth.
- Allow to rest a minute for chia seeds to thicken slightly before drinking.
- Enjoy.
